Description

I took this one last July while I was up in the Smoky Mountains staying in a cabin for my birthday... he seemed to prefer the Fritos I was feeding him~ well I am off to the Smokys again this weekend, for a little pre fall get away. Can't wait, our high temperatures are about over we actually broke a record for the hottest summer ever here, to top that off our A/C unit decided to go out, I had it replaced last week. And now its cool here just in time for fall haha Happy Labor day weekend to everyone~

The fragility of the world in this moving picture of a squirrel nibbling his greed! Fragility, transience and beauty have always been for me what the squirrel. Very nice shot and beautiful autumn!

Ac repair is no fun, what a great little guy, I have two huge pecan trees in my back yard and at this time of year it gets dangerious with the squirls harvesting.... sometimes they throw them at me....

SO good, TCG! Here in Michigan, we've had a HOT year, also! 90's enough for a decade! LAKE MICHIGAN had a temperature in it's deepest spot of '80' degrees! That means, with NW winds across it this winter, 'lake effect' SNOWS will abound! NOTE: TallPockets was at a local park and it was SO HOT, he even saw a squirrel with a 'fan' in one foot cooling his nuts! WINK.
