Description

I thought about calling this Zombies at the Vanishing Point but didn't want to disappoint any Halloween-gore-seeking folks. This is a street in Port Gamble, Washington, where the movie Zombies of Mass Destruction was filmed. I didn't see the movie. Movies in general bore the heck out of me, and movies of that genre are doubly boring. However! The idea of zombies in Port Gamble is at least worth a title, I think. :P Port Gamble is a waterfront town that was built in the 1850s, and it's still in "original" condition. I like the view of the harbor down the white picket fence. Very small town!

Wonderful capture, Tara. the eye is drawn all the way down. Have you checked some of the politicians? I swear some are Zombies of the worst kind.

Zombies in Washington? No, not there. Maybe in California, but not Washington. This is a very pleasant view of this town. Looks like a good place to live, and the zombies can just go elsewhere.

Oh this is perfect! Love the effect as the huge trees creating almost a tunnel with the fence and it is shadow.

I am sure those trees could tell quite a story - maybe some horror too! Great POV with the shadows, Clive

I took a couple of so-so shots of this...your POV looks to be about 2 feet off the ground. Perfect example of improved results from lowering a POV from the normal standing position. Nice job:)

I thought that looked familiar; wasn't that just about the longest picket fence you've ever seen? Great POV here, and a wonderful capture!

You just need some kid on a bike throwing newspapers over the fence and you're sorted. Good perspective.
