Description
This is my sister's Golden Retriever, Beaux (pronounced Bo, don't ask me why!!). I walk him every day and the other night we went to the beach for a sunset stroll. He loves being there almost as much as I do!!

Beautiful dog! I know "Beau" is pronounced "Bo," but never saw it spelled with an "x" at the end before. I'm sure there is a good reason in there somewhere. ;-)

Beaux is a plural! Anyway what a wonderful colour with the sun on that fab coat! I can so relate to this activity..one of my favourite occupations.

Great shot has the water been altered in front of Bo seems strange like the wave is part of the wave above the dog.. Super shot any way!!

Great ambience and textures in another fine pic of the sand and sea, Marilyn, this one including q doggie. I assume it's probably incorrect, but I've seen Beaux used previously as the singular in the pronunciation of Bo. It's a French thing.

My dog loves the beach too. He can even tell he is going 3 sentences before I ask him. If I ask' is it raining' or say 'I wont be long' he understands what I am going to say before I say it!

Doesn't Beaux mean "beautiful?" If so, then the name fits! I love this shot. Golden Retrievers are among my favorite dogs...less "mental" than Irish Setters, yet another of my favorites...though they're a wee bit...well...um...energetic. I love the colors and the overall mood of this. In Chicago, there's also a Dog Beach...full of dogs and people with cell phones.
