Peenk stood at the edge of the platform, the Pink Guard watching all about with a wary eye. Finally the door to the lift opened and Joshua and Ugly stumbled out, joking with the Coruscant Security Forces commander. The woman shook her head slowly. They were acting like a couple of kids. Both men grinned when they saw Peenk and her bodyguards. "I bet you two are feeling pleased with yourselves?" She asked them as they stood before her. "You are all over the holonet." "Already?" Joshua asked, shocked. "That's fast!" "And where are your shirts?" "Didn't you see the holo of the fight?" Joshua stared at Peenk, his eyes hidden behind blue sunglasses. "Those Trandoshan have claws!" "Miss Peenk?" Ugly said, interrupting his friend. "There's one thing you have to learn about our people, and that is the fact that when things go south, our shirts get ripped up. No one can explain it, but it just happens. Joshua's great grandfather was famous for his ripped shirts." "Yeah. One of his statues at Starfleet Academy has him wearing a ripped shirt. The ladies like to rub his chest for luck." The blonde eyed the two, not sure if she could belive them. A loud roaring sound caused Joshua to spin about. Mark Berring stood with a stunned look on his face. "Damn!" Kirk said in awe. "There was some power behind that belch!" "I am so sorry maam!" Ugly blurted out. "That was uncalled for." "But it was impressive!" Joshua told him, laughing. He then pointed skyward to an approaching Starfleet shuttle. "Looks like your ride is here." "Yeah it is." The tall man slapped Kirk on the shoulder and grinned. "Well my friend. When next we meet, it will be back on Earth." Peenk and Joshua watched the shuttle leave. Peenk then roughly grabbed Joshua and spun him about and examined the three deep gouges on his back. "Yeah, Trandies have sharp claws!" Kaleena said as she moved to stand beside her new boss. She then placed a protective sirt in his hand. "Come on Lover!" Corell Peenk said smiling. "Our stuff is already on the Runner in orbit. It's time to get this show on the road. You two have more than one hundred fifty thousand people waiting in orbit." "Hey! Kirks know how to make an exit." "Stop right there!" Zar Ugrael said. The people in the control booth did as he asked. "Now run the holo at very slow speed." A holo of Joshua Kirk hovered above the table that Ugrael and his co-host Bidd Husha sat at. The holo then began to play. Joshua grabbed the arm of a Trandoshan and twisted it back roughly. The Trandy dropped to it's knees screaming in pain. He then landed a jab to it's jaw, felling it. Behind him, Ugly's boot connected with the face of the last Trandoshan hunter, sending it flying. "Ow!" Bidd shouted. "That guy is not going to be eating solid food for a while!" "What a fight! Ten Trandy hunters taken down in under ten seconds." Zar said in amazement. "That's even more impressive than what Kirk did to those slavers on Doroub." "Boys?" The show's director cut in. "We finally have a reporter on the scene talking to one of the five female Wookiees that the hunters tried to kill." "Good." Zar said. "I want to know what was said to the tall Human with Kirk." "Oh, you'll love this." The reporter, Taka Morna, said from the scene. "Evidently the Wookiee in question propositioned the man." "What?" Both men shot back. "Yes. She said that she found it rather exciting to meet a Human she could look in the eye and not get a sore neck. Of course, the fact that those two had just saved them from being killed and skinned kind of added to the excitement." "Did she tell you what his answer was?" Bidd asked. "He told her that he was flattered, but he was late for a seventy four million lightyear trip."
