Description
I'm currently running a few test on Image based lightning and radiosity for my next work. I thought that you were propably interested in my first result?
Due to the geometry of this scene (spheres) the radiosity-renderer had to do some hard work - So you see, the scene isn't very complex, but it took 30 Minutes to render it on an Athlon 2000+
I hope, that I can use that technique in my next picture.

superbe ... I'm still testing this way of lighting too, but I'm near by to let the radiosity be, cause if you fill up the scene you have to make lots of tags to single objects and lights and so on, to keep the rendertime inside of lifetime :-) thats a bit to much stressing work for me :-)

Admittedly, I havn't done much research on the HDRI lighting technique. Other than a few tests which looked pretty nice. I was wondering though, how it could be applied to anything practical, such as indoor scenes which the subject matter is enclosed within a confined space? Doesn't the light object have to be a sky? Just currious. BTW this looks great!

this is goin to develop pretty fast among c4d users even it is a fake HDR lighting. What about sharing Hdr maps! Cause it has been a big problem for me and many others to find some pretty good images. The web resources are pretty small. If anyone likes i would provide webspace and a up and download solution.
