What do I do?  I write and I love art.  I love to read fantasy and science fiction, especially if there are dark creatures and lots of romance thrown in.ÂÂ
About 2 and a half years ago I started doing 3D art after a lifetime of fooling around with traditional media like pastel and pencil and watercolor.  I love this medium - Poser and what can be done with it, and also mixing poser with digital painting.  I enjoy painting skies and cloth and hair for the most part and adding magical effects in post work. ÂÂ
Now I'm learning how to model and texture, too and am finding it quite addicting to practice.  I hope that I can become as at ease with that process as rendering.
I hope you enjoy my gallery! Delaney Anne Grant

Hehehe - yeah, those prissy-queens freak out over the smallest things... LOL! Delightful work and dialog here, Deleaney! You've done Jenny and Chuck proud with this wonderful work! I'm not seeing the thin gray line you mentioned, but if it's the line Poser sometimes leaves at the edges, I had the same problem.... Until Roxy came along with a simple and elegant solution: Change the background in Poser to black.. Viola!
Savage_dragon
All that screaming. I think I'd have shot her by now. I use a black bg every time I save as a PNG. It keeps the white lines that surround the subject them off. BTW, I don't see it, either. A fine job here. Nice depth. ")

I think it looks great and it gives the appearance that you tricked the RMP setting to give an off center framing - not only is she leaping out of the white frame but the black. For me, I kill the RMP framing by putting in a thin internal glow on all my images... it masks the RMP frame and gives you control. Oh, reading Rods comment I see it is probably not the RMP framing you are talking about but the gray around the figures. Yes, his suggestion is correct. Always do your renders against a black background rather than Poser's default gray. Figures are well placed on the log, though I suggest a little painting with the burn brush to give them shadows and firmly root them.

Great presentation for this funny and surreal scene. I like the guy pose and face expression. Queen Millicent was quite unprepared for the invasion, wasn't she? Lol!

It's more the RMP, but wow.. I will try the rendering on a black background. In fact I'm working on one now that can use that. :) Delaney

Hah! Great installment and excellent image. The background image I'm going to use I usually import right into poser, then I can adjust the camera angle to match the background and the figures integrate a little nicer. You have to watch lighting and shadow to make sure they match, but with the background right there you can test render till it's right. Regardless, this is a great image and render. And for once it looks like the queen has something to scream about.

Nice one! Hey, you're getting really good at this. :) When will they finally zap the poor queen and put her out of her misery? LOL Good story so far. :)
DrCarl
a very clever and unusual framing and out of frame presentation Delaney. I like it alot her green dress is perfect against all three of the backgrounds it spans you have also worked your characters into the background image seemlessly in both colour and light well done friend - a fine image

A nice touch to your works by adding the framing. Seems to be your forte and quite a unique one too. I like those who reinvent from the usual work. That queen needs to relax, she never stopped screaming LOL.

Fantastic scene!!!!!

Excellent scene! I have a weakness for this kind of "out of the frame" stuff, it adds yet another dimension to a render... Fantastic work on the characters and poses - and last but not least the expressions! The hair of the poor girl in the foreground reminds me that I DO have to use that hair once! :) Better to do it in my next render already, before it will disappear in my bottomless Runtime again... What? A few bug bother the princess? I'm a duck: I eat bugs...I own bugs...they stay crunchy in milk! (Go ahead, try some! Good Ranger training, that.) Great image and story!
