Description

This image goes along with the Monsoon theme from the last post. The wind sculpted dune here got another brush added to it by Mother Nature. The rain from the night before has added the gently roughed up texture in the sand. The "full view" shows tracks from the local residents amongst the texturing. From skink tracks to what could be a slithering reptile along the right and bottom borders. This may seem like a bland shot to some, but the nature lover in me liked the purple bloom atop the dune and the Yucca skeleton protruding through the sand. As well the colors from cloudy horizon, green Junipers and red sands. To the never ending amazement of how sand can support so much life!!! To the kind souls that leave their mark whether a comment, rating, or save the image as a fav, you are very much appreciated, thank you!!! Thank you all that viewed my last image below. thumb_2160828.jpg

Fantastic view. I see some purple flower, and the sky is also amazing, as the whole picture is!
