Throughout the private chambers they’d been given in the dungeons of the Temple of Bahamut, they were all going through a similar thought process. Jay marveled at her new armor, something more befitting her new identity, a Drow PsiWarrior, enemies of both the Illithid and the Drovik Secret Police. Copying Aahz’s spider construct, Lady Ann had transformed her Auritite half-plate into shadow steel, bedecked with dark fluxstone and astral steel edging. Very impressive looking. She went over the background in her mind, and suddenly realized she was thinking in the SK Drow language.

She was Jaesdril Hun’lyl, trained by Shadow Agents from Illthin-choralka after they’d escaped the fall of House Belabra. She’d had dealings with Zharnaclol, the half-Yochlol who’d trained one of the SGL. They knew that Zharnaclol was now one of Lithia’s minions and on the run from authorities in Maeceyea. No one would be able to track her/m down to verify Jay’s story, even if they wanted to. She’d spent the last few years hunting down the psionic Secret Police of the Drovikallum before she fell in with the Brunnen Daerth.
