Description
Ungainly looking on the ground and ungainly looking in the air, but you gotta admit that they are impressive.
It's always amazed me how difficult it is to spot another aircraft in the sky unless you are constantly looking for them...and in the right place. Often it is just a glint of sunlight off the canopy that tips you off. This flight of Stuka's just got their glimpse...a flight of 4 P-51Ds who are soon to announce their presence rather noisily.

Stop it! I'm blushing.......nice to be appreciated and glad you like the models but they'd just be specks in cyberspace without you guys. Why do I get the feeling more of my work is about to get 'steelrazer'd'....can't wait.You've done a cracking job on this, very realistic....though I wouldn't have used that paintjob on the Mustangs, the other one's better :-) Thanks....

As a pilot I'm always amazed at the amount of traffic called out by controllers or that appears on a TCAS display (or both) that I'm never able to find with my eyes.

Having had the opportunity to fly a number of times, I found the same thing. I'm sure it explains why a bird's head never stops looking around!
