Born in Hilo, Hawaii and class of '66, I became very active in Barbells, Judo and love striking the heavy/speed bag. I've learned to Rollerblade and bike ride which is a very health sport. But time doesn't stop for anyone including for me. So my good friend Dave aka punaguy got me started in taking pictures. I'm having fun taking pictures especially hiking the mountains. I'm enjoying seeing the world thru your post on Renderosity. Mahalo and Aloha....Errol

Lovely shot~ then I noticed what looked like glassy eyes on either side of the fall. A trick of the details and my mind I'm sure but does anyone else see?

A beautiful and peaceful looking scene here. Thank you for the update on the volcano. I've been watching video of the eruption on TV and the internet and it is pretty impressive. And thank you for the link to the video of the Donkey Trail. That is such a beautiful area.

Beautiful... saw some pictures posted on the net of Japan... there was a close up of a hand sticking out of the mud... they're gonna be finding bodies for years.... it truely is wild how people change through the years... WW2 Japan was the Enemy and now I see pictures of their land and I just want to cry - I hope they get their nuke problem under control fast so it doesn't add to the othe disasters.

@Deb.....I've seen the eyes and a face behind the waters... Taking this picture, I didn't bring a tripod on this hike, so I had to lay on a mossy rock to stablize the camera. Little messy on the cloths. Well, there are places where you can jump in to clean yourself. But I like my waters warm... Aloha
