This is an amazing image Glenda! There is a serious beauty in its simplicty. And yet it is actually a fairly complex image. This is one to be very proud of Hun. I now have it as my desktop background.

I find myself very much drawn to this image because (1) it has great presence and impact, and (2) it calls to mind a memory. When I was a child I would take beans of various sorts and plant them in transparent containers so they were visible from the side. Every day I would watch them anxiously until they began to sprout. The genesis of life never ceased to amaze me, and it amazes me still. This image reminds me of this. It looks for all the world to me like a depiction of the process of a spouting seed. Furthermore, it is marvelously colored and beautifully offset against the black background. Superb image, Glenda.
