Description
...with due apologies to The Bard.
It has been so long since I rendered something, I wondered if I still remembered how. So, I took a shot at something simple, a basic portrait against a photo background.
The lighting for this was a real "bear" to set up, but I think it ended up OK. I am rather proud of the back-lighting on the hair, which I have found exceedingly hard to accomplish in Poser.
Thanks for stopping by to take a peek. Please take a look at the full-size version and feel free to leave a comment.

I think Shakespeare will forgive you in view of this excellent Sci-Fi render. The backlight of the hair is indeed good but the best part is the nice integration between 3D and photographic elements so you can not say where the one begins and the other take off. That is a real accomplishment..

sound of jaw dropping on the floor I could've sworn this was a real photo... Low lighting areas are incredibly painstaking hard to do, and you've not only nailed it, you've excelled at it in this render. My hats off to you, on a render well done!

Fabulous composition as a whole! I don't know Poser but you indeed did a great job with the back-lighting of her hair, superb! You almost could have called this: "One more into the breech....!" as this lovely young and sexy Lady seems to like her firearms smile

Wow, glad I decided to see if you posted something yet! The lighting is absolute perfect, blends your character into the background perfectly! I also like the posing and little details like the glasses - nice!

dark and subtle and I like the backlit bright areas mixing in with darker areas. Really nice render and blend.
