Description

1965...this toy gun set was released. I still have it, although it does show its age. The UNCLE badge (my previous photo) came with it. The gun set has several parts: the pistol itself, the buttstock, the 'scope, the extension barrel and the metal magazine for the roll of caps(seen below the gun in the photo). For those of you who do not know what "The Man from U.N.C.L.E." was: an American TV spy show starring Robert Vaughan and David McCallum. It started off in balck & white, and eventually was produced in color. Thanks for the look, and for any comments you make. A big "Thanks" to those of you who have favoritedme or one of my submissions.

Come giocattolo mi sembra molto ben fatto . Io , quando sono in casa da solo, ho sempre la TV spenta .Buona giornata , dear friend !

Now I'm very impressed!! You still have this 'toy', in very good condition.. Now, if you tell me you STILL have the box as well, I'll bow before your very impressive non-destructive childhood! Good one, once again my friend! Rob

I've never seen this version, a friend had the 'Lone Star' attache case, with all these parts though slightly different design, also a cigarrete case camera.I had a one to one scale studio replica, which somehow got packed and went to Australia with my brother. I do still have a 'Lone Star' shoulder holster with the U.N.C.L.E logo and a loop for a silencer.. A real memory jogger this one, thanks very much.

Yep, me and my buds had a lot of the MFU gear. Kid down the street had this one, I had the camera that morphed into a cap gun, and a "listen through the wall" suction cup microphone set. I think the camera gun actually took pictures too, LOL!

Very nice! As I posted in my remarks on the U.N.C.L.E. badge, a 3D Poser/Daz model of the Special is available on ShareCG, for all those of you who want to replicate the adventures of Solo and Kuryakin in renders. (Matter of fact, I think I even saw Solo and Kuryakin characters available for free download somewhere...)
