Description
Captured 7/31/10, at the American Civil War Reenactment, held at the vast and beautiful El Dorado Park in beautiful Long Beach, California.
Much better viewed full size.
I don't recall if the soldier in foto #2 was shot and falling to the ground or was stooping to pick up something he had dropped.

Another great collage of the erstwhile carnage, Harry; the guy in #2 looks more like he's stopping to pick something up, but you never know, he could just be paving the way for an easy fall so as not to really hurt something! The last shot of all the "bodies" is quite striking. Well done!

Looks like the soldier in Photo#2 has fully recovered in Photo#3:) I spotted him by his many stripes. Another super sequence of men at play... You and I do this too...except our weapons are cameras. Hat's off to Matthew Brady.

very wonderful work. i just looked at a civil war painting book called " I seen the glory " the paintings was done in the 1800's . this remind me of some of them.
