My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
Â
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
Â
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!

Very cool capture, Tara! It's interesting to note who takes pictures of what. I'm looking forward to seeing more of yours and Bill's POVs at various locations

Amazing what those 'primitive savages' where able to accomplish, don't you think? For some reason 'Stairway to Heaven' just came to mind. Brilliant image with a great looking tree up there.

You and Bill are visiting some of the same places I saw years ago. I was totally blown away by this area. What they did was nothing short of astonishing. And it's still there--wow!!

This is an absolute first! First, I love the POV and composition but this is also a first for ever hearing anyone refer to something that happened on this continent in the eighth century. Nicely done.
