Description

Here you see a couple of dead trees in the geyser fields of Yellowstone N.P. You can also see steam rising from the very fragile and thin crust of the Earth, The whole area is a massive volcano waiting to spring into life and when it does ???????. Have a nice day! Jeff.

I'd love to go there! I think the last time I was at Yellowstone I was about two years old, and I didn't have my camera with me at the time. :P Fascinating image!

Great photo. I love visiting these types of places. The only thing is I HATE the smell of sulphur! I was there a few years back shooting the Blue Funnel Spring and the Abyss Pool........and the smell nearly killed me!

A super capture and Yellowstone is like our Rotorua, lovely to look at so long as it stays calm and doesn't erupt.
