My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
Â
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
Â
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!

I love the grass shillouetted against the brighly lighted stone - it really gives it a delightful effect! Wonderful, creative shot, Tara! You and Bill are inspiring me to get out and shoot! :-D

Mighty nice postworking choices...I've stared and if I didn't know differently, the rock has almost a sky quality to it.

The shapes are what this is all about, and the fact that they're in silhouette are just perfect! I love the rock colors, the light and the sinuous dance implied in this shot. Funny how a static photograph can imply such motion. Really nice stuff here.
