Another old beauty, captured 5/16/10, around noon, at the beautiful 16th Annual Muckenthaler Motor Car Festival, held at the beautiful Muckenthaler Cultural Center in beautiful Fullerton, California.
Much better viewed via ZOOM.
Buick built this model from 1908 thru 1910. Total production was 23,000 units, with 8,100 built in 1909. The car cost about $1,000 new, and will cruise in excess of 40 MPH. It has a 4-cylinder OHV engine and a planetary transmission, brakes on the rear wheel as well as the transmission.

All shots are first class...but really like the old four banger in the last picture. It looks like the essence of simplicity.

What a pretty little car! Those skinny tires don't look very substantial, I can't imagine how it would ride... Wonderful shots and collage, Harry!
