Description
This is the same mathematical object as the one I posted yesterday, with a different camera positioning, but this time render in Carrarra
This is a model created by the great sculptor Batsheba Grossman. It's a cube divided in 2 complementary fractals, if you could put the 2 fractal cubes at the same place ( Easy with 3D software ) they'll lock together in a solid cube. On the left part of the image, one of the fractal cube rendered in gold, on the right, the complementary fractal cube rendered in glass and in the middle the 2 complementary cubes, with the texture inverted, and superposed. This image was render at this resolution (Clic to see full size) took 1 minute to render, yesterday I uploaded a similar image render in Bryce, around 10 hours of render at the same resolution.
