Description
Captured 4/22/11, early in the morning, on a fence adjacent to the entrance/exit gate of a condominium complex (not mine), within walking distance of my harrowing haunt.

Superb postwork on this one! I love the effect and the contrast with the shiny red box. I think the padlock is totally outclassed by its surroundings but hopefully it has job satisfaction working for the fire department. Lovely work!
