Description

Omg, fried everything here at the fair. Though I did find a margarita booth that wasn't fried (and neither was I, lol).

Is that hellfire I see behind this food stand? Excellent image from what I assume was a hand held camera. I was with my stepmother who is a retired nurse and health nut so I escaped with little damage. Still have not had a funnel cake.

HEY! Are you at the State Fair??? Just a few miles up the road from me??? And you didn't call? WTH? We could at least have a Starbucks coffee! My coworker took today off work because she was doing a Hawaiian dancing exhibition at the pavilion at the fair today. Great shot and I bet it was cool after the sun went down after the steaming temperatures today.

I once heard of a place that gave you deep fried Coka Cola! I have no idea how they did that but I think it was Coka Cola mixed into a batter and fried that way. Anyway. This is really gorgeous in a kind of...well...deep fried way. I love the colors and the details. Fried zucchini! I love that stuff, well, I like zucchini anyway, especially baked into bread. This rocks, and now I want a corn dog, a side of fried zucchini, or fried mushrooms, and a nice Margarita.

The margarita booth sounds good to me and there are some great things to eat (or at least try)at the big fairs. Dana
