Description

Greetings To All.... Here's another from my Seasonal Folder entitled "Harvests Last Light"..for your viewing pleasure...Hope you like it!.. Well we got our 1st seasonal frost last night and if that didn't kill the growing season here in Wisconsin then tonight's freeze will.....considering I don't think much will survive with a low of 29 degrees as the local weather guru has quoted..Oh well...I had a prosperous year in the garden with a bumper crop of veggies and my flowers this year were beautiful until these forsaken Japanese Beetles invaded and decided to munch their way through 3/4 of my morning glories/moon flowers and all my gorgeous Roses.....that really made me angry because at this point there is nothing you can do to get rid of the beetles once they establish a hold....The hard freeze tonight should do away with them but alas....the damage was done before...(sigh)...Would of loved to shown some pictures but my digital has issues...Oh well...there's always next year....so this concludes another year...where did the season go...Now I get to look forward to cold/snow and stuck in the house for the next 6 months...yippee yahoo...(being sarcastic)..... But there is a bright side....You get me for the next 6 months creating art for your viewing pleasure...(BIG GRIN!!)...lol... Hope this finds you all active and healthy... ~Will~ Created in Bryce 7 with post work in Adobe Elements 8 Various Items from archive3d.net Trees from tree lab Framing/lighting done in Elements 8

i send you a special crate with a serum called Spacko-Orange to fight the beetles it has only slight secondary effects like killing all organics in the vicinity other than that it works fine hehehehehe.

Nothing to say about your garden : we have our insects everywhere...Here, we have insects and birds eating cherries, nuts, pears, aples, figs all along the year, as soon as they are good to eat...Idem with insects, roe-deers in the kitchen-garden. That's life and everybody must live! I see that you like sundown atmospheres. Melancolia?

Love the warm mood! I know what you mean. The crappy chipmunks ate all my figs, didn't get one! Then they took out my lone Italian Cypress & ate all the green off of it. Now I have a 7 foot stump. All my roses, too. But when they took to my Mulberry tree, I set my Rotty on them. At least I still have my Mulberry. Love to hear them squeal! He chases them, but the sap is too sweet to eat them. He rescues baby birds...
