I like your treatment of this image - the grain, the fade out of the people in the background...I might have cloned out the newspaper on the ground to the left to simplify the composition a bit. Excellent image with great feeling.

The emotional connection between the two is palpable. The left hands and her expression speak volumes. I like the washed-out, indifferent crowd in the background. The two seem more completely in their own world with the crowd there. Beautiful capture!
