Description

I visited a garden centre two weekends ago and went a bit nutty! This is one of the lavender plants I bought. I also acquired 4 new roses amongst many other things... This is so wonderfully done. I'd go a bit nutty in a garden/garden centre myself...especially since I'm beginning to try my hand at botanical/floral photographs. My timing's great...winter's coming! Well, I tried. This is fantastic. The color really pops, and I like the cob shapes. Super light too. I gotta catch up, but this is a great place to start. Nice! I like the way I can see three well dressed women in lavender gowns looking out at me. I rather like that!

Looks like Spanish lavender, I have a big one in my front garden; last time I pruned it I discovered that I might be sensitive to it, since I stuffed up and got drippy, and was fine by the next morning. I sure hope that isn't true. Beautiful capture of this one, it looks very fresh and raring to go!
