My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!
If I’m missing from Renderosity from time to time, I’m busy having fun elsewhere.
Thanks for your interest in my work, and for stopping by to learn more about me!

The bottle does look interesting...not sure what can be done with old buildings in areas filled with them.

A 'For Sale' sign, boarded up and broken windows, a faded soda bottle. An excellent capture of approaching urban decay. No more lemon lime.

Vess! It's been ages since I've had any of that! What a shot! It's funny, if it's an old brick building in Chicago, one of two things would happen to it. Developers would move in and turn it into lofts or it would be torn down and an ugly thing would be erected in its place, only it would have the name of the building that was torn down, for commemorative reasons or something like that. I much prefer the loft idea as the building would, at least, have some kind of new life. And as for this shot! WOW! Quite crisp and sharp for a whizzing by shot! Really well done. Oh, and Vess...I'm gonna go looking for some! If they even still make it.

Superb capture for a 'drive-by' Tara! sigh Vess.... Wow, how long has it been? I love these old brick buildings - they have a certain character very lacking in these new, shiny glass things.....

Super photo!!

Such clarity and focus for whizzing by in the car at 60mph. Having a camera in hand while on long drives does make the time go faster too. Now I'm going to go off and have a case of chauffeur envy! ;P
