Hi everyone, been a while! Hope you're all doing well :) Here's an image from sunset a few weeks back at our local high ground at Burton Dassett country park, Warwickshire. I've posted an image from this spot before but was never quite satisfied with the bland sky so it was still kind of lurking on my 'to do' list of local scenics. The day I shot this image it was so windy I almost got blown away but in the end it was worth it as I finally got the light and sky I was after. The little black dot in the sky towards the right of the frame is a kite... must have been a great day for it!! The structure in the foreground is a triangulation point (Wiki entry) and you can see my previous attempt from this spot here. News this end? Apart from that I managed to snap my collarbone a few days ago just as the autumn colours are beginning to find their stride... great timing.
