Description

Free French pilots on patrol..... just trying some new textures. I like steelrazer's image "Yesterdays Roadkill" so much, I nicked it :-) Just not feeling very original today, I'd like to think this is an hommage to the original and to a very inspirational artist. Thanks for looking and any comments, something rather different should hove into view very soon...not your 'average' aircraft.....more to follow....

Ah . . . the Free French, after having been freed from the Vichy regime, which was under the boots of the German occupation forces. Nice seeing this North Africa scene. Road kill is a funny way of expressing it! :) Good job with the haze - sun and blowing sand. Now you've gotten my curiosity piqued again! Looking foreward to the next surprise! Keep 'em comin'! (Ribbit, ribbit!) :-)

I see that you did a proper job on the SDK@#$(%% (just too many variations to remember!). I'll have to give the steelrazer seal of approval to the Neiwil chop shop. Very nice color scheme in the pic as well..one of those ambivalent times of day. Nicely done...simple yet very satisfying.

As a guy who spends much of his time taking photographs and postworking them to take the best advantage of light available, I really like your renderings in Bryce. There's a new atmosphere...one that brings more vibrant life to each of your scenes. I really like this!

Yes, some of those German vehicles (PfKW-whatever etc) are ready-made passwords aren't they! Mind you... it could also pass pretty well as an Patriotic Poster, or perhaps you could start a new category, Inspirational quotes for fighters... "MY Desert!" perhaps for this one! You are getting on well with Bryce- its atmosphere settings are useful aren't they?
