Description
This immature snowy egret was standing, on a piling, on Naples Beach, Florida. I have not seen an egret, fishing in salt water before. The yellow around the eyes indicates immature and the yellow feet point to snowy egret. They are about 24 inches (61cm) long with a wingspan of 41 inches (104cm). I am editing some photos of him fishing in the surf, to be posted later. Zoom works well!

This looks like something I saw in a nature reserve in the uk , but I was on the top deck of the Seaton tramway and a lot further away.
