Hi! My name is Ed and I am just getting back in to photography. I have been taking pictures since the late 60's but kind of stopped for almost 30 years. I took mostly point and shoot pictures for years and decided to get back into a little more hands on photography.
I just got a Nikon D5100 with a 18-55mm lens and a 70-300mm Telephoto lens. I plan on getting some filter for both and doing a little experimentation with them.
I am interested in all types of photography, but lean towards landscape and trick photography. Â I also would like to try HDR in the future.Â
I would appreciate any feed back that I can get as this will help me fine tune my skills.
Unless stated, all photos are straight from the camera with no Photoshop manipulation.

Brilliant narrative, so enjoyable. Bob looks 'a bad lot' to me.

Great Ed. The police here in Chard arrested a man stealing calendars - he got 12 months for it!!! Lol.

Looks like he might have a sweet tooth for M&Ms too:) A fun read about your furry fellow traveller. And a cute photo op for Bob.

Bob looks so much like one of our neighbouring countries' leader... (I live in South Africa)

You know, I don't think Bob is going to be successful in his rehab program. He looks like a hard-core banana addict to me! His talk might be convincing, but I don't think his walk will be everything he says. Even without the story, this is a great photo! :) Excellent presentation!
