My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!
If I’m missing from Renderosity from time to time, I’m busy having fun elsewhere.
Thanks for your interest in my work, and for stopping by to learn more about me!

Great capture..have just seen Bill's and here the top of the building is visible. It's a wonderful piece of architecture...I think the buildings could tempt me to Chicago!

Great composition. Must people would photograph the building or the lamppost. You used them to compliment each other.

THis is a shot that made me stop in my tracks when I first saw it on the night you posted it. I was, however, pressed for time as I had to get up at an unspeakable hour the following morning...a bare 3 hours from the moment I saw this photo. Needless to say, I decided to save commenting for a better time. Now, it's late, but I'm at Corey's listening to Kingdom of Heaven, a soundtrack that reminds me of Prague, as I listened to it so many times there! Anyway, onto this shot! WOW! This is absolutely frakking perfect composition and juxtaposition. I love this view of a familiar building and the creamy color of those globes. This is astounding. Absolutely perfect!

So very different to Bill's one, Tara. The light and exposure are wolderful - great that you both included the unique street lights. Clive
