Description

This might be a first for me, trying my hand (and camera) by getting in touch, with the human side of photography ... lately it has been simply objects, plants, animals or insects etc. (and mostly, they do hold still ;) Believe me, I need the practice and a challenge - so here we go; today's meagre offering: 'a young boy jumping from rock to rock' - on the rock-groyne that divides the Tweed River and the Pacific Ocean, to do a spot of fishing. This was no easy feat, 'cause he was pretty fast and this shot wasn't planned, really by sheer co-incidence were the camera and I ready ... nothing more to say, except it was late afternoon and half his body and face came out darker, than expected - but I don't really mind! Another beach-treasure methinks! Cheers Brigitte ( aka blondeblurr)

Beautiful shot, and love that he dresses so colorfully it really adds to the photo. Looks like you have a talent for this. :) Only thing I would have liked to see was the end of the fishing pole included but considering he wouldn't keep still we will blame it on him LOL nice work.
