Description

Something a little different this time. Just an idea... Interestingly, the image can give completely different connotations depending on the message on the phone display ("No Service", "Unanswered Call" etc.). I've picked the obvious one, but also the one with most "impact" IMHO :) Vue render with adjustments in Photoshop. Other pictures by me in surreal style: "Scorpio Moon (Lerfeldt Goes Magritte)" thumb_2010203.jpg "Bios-Eros-Cyclus" thumb_1622806.jpg Thanks for viewing - comments always welcome and appreciated. Have a nice day - Lars

Very original Lars. I always love the detail you put in your renders. You even have some sand on the glass. :-)

Excellent render. But, haaaa! This is SO funny! What happens when the battery runs out? And how to get it out of the bottle (how did it get INTO it in the first place?). Looks like the bottle is part full of water. Now I'm wondering what the new message is (Get me out of here! I'm wet!)??? Keep up the good work! :-)

The "water" was probably a happy accident of shadow? This is truly amazing and fun!!

Superb attention to detail! Most notable are the sand mat, depression under the bottle, and sand clinging to the bottle (don't know how you did that).

I love the concept. The sand is absolutely excellent, especially the sand on the bottle. I think the light and materials are extremely realistic. The scene is a lot simpler than your usual ones, but still shows a mastery of light and natural elements.
