My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
Â
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
Â
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!

Wonderful image! :)

Like a painting! A very clever exposure or postwork to get enough detail inside and therefore a feel of the room.

Beautiful view and fantastic framing. You went to a lot of 'pane' for this I can see!!

beautiful as much for the window as the view from it.
NanetteTredoux
Yes, Vermeer inside and Van Gogh outside. Just beautiful.

OH! It looks SO Danish, Tara. Once we had cornfield where we now have blackcurrants and the next year we had Potato field. It was changing every year :) No wonder you loved that view :)))

A bright, colorful farm landscape, framed very nicely by the window & the surrounding blackness...

I find the exposure in these to be quite tough at least for me. You did excellent here.
