Tremella aurantica, parastitic on Hairy Curtain Crust. A great find on today's dog walk.

This fungus must be the star amongst all of them ! I just had to google it - it's also used as food and crude medicine in Chinese society - amazing! - it reminds me somehow also of Amber ... BB
