Description
The sun came up very harsh in the Wichita Mountain Wildlife Refuge last Saturday so I'm glad I came across this tree early. I've had my eye on the little tree for some time now but never the right background to add the interest I was looking for. I could have used the mountains but the tree got lost in all the details, I kept looking for the right clouds, never there when I was. So this time I decided to shoot it anyway I walked around it a couple of times taking shots every few feet. Didn't think I had much until I got back home. I played around with it in photoshop and lightroom and liked the results I hope you do too.
