Description

Greeting my Fellow Fractal Fanatics and to those that just like peeking behind the thumbnail!...lol... Friday once again and time for another installment from the Fractal Factory. This weeks design was something I was experimenting with back in April when the forums had a monthly theme about "Spring"(and had shared one similar to this weeks installment)in the contest that many of you may have remembered seeing and had voted for. Well I wanted to show another that had not made it to the galleries just yet and that was sitting in my "almost but not quite finished folder" and since I had time I thought to finish it and share it for your viewing pleasure. This idea/approach came about because with every new advancement in Apophysis....I learn from either by "accident"(being honest)and or by computing actual numbers into the boxes....(actual work...lol)I started seeing butterfly patterns in the designs and the fact I just love these insects and the design possibilities are endless with all these cool designs that this program generates was all I needed to begin this new series in the Fractal Factory.Fractals I believe have endless possibilities(which each and all that are using Apophysis have come to realize by now as well)and are sharing their own spin with combining it with other programs with unbelievable results....I know first hand because I've seen your creations..lol....there cool as all hell.... So now begins a new journey down another path of my imagination and who knows where it will lead or the next step in the evolution of this program called Apophysis.... Stay Tuned!.... So without further ado... Created in Apophysis 7X Post Work/frame/design/2D in Photoshop Elements 8 *Imagination comes standard with all applications*! Have a Super D Dooper Weekend and will see you all back here Monday with something from my rural/countryscape folder hopefully!.... Toodles!.... ~Will~

since I use Apophysis here in 2006, without wanting to read any operator guidance, I explored a faiblle part of this software, often with exciting discoveries. I honestly think this program is a real tool for creating infinite, and I'm much more addicted to it as M3B ...

Great image, lovely coloring. I want to thank you for your kind words. I have been displaying my images at home. I have a printer for up to 13x19 and want large wall size pictures so I've rendered them as large as possible and then split them into parts and mounted them like tiles. I was going to show a sample here but I have no idea of how to show a picture in this space.

I understand that you do a lot of quality work. Those glows have always been wonderful to look at. It reminds me of the old bright light commercials from the late 1990s.

This is just gorgeous, Will! One of these days, I'll graduate fom just playing with the random things Apo generates, and figure out how to fiddle with the numbers and scripts. It's up to 7.x already?? I have 2.09..... Guess I'd better drop by thier site... I've loved butterflies since I was a little kid - loved chasing those little white ones around the fields...
