Hi everyone,
my name is Frank.
IÂ was born 1969 in North Germany and i'm still there. I like the flat country. No Hills or Mountains. So i can see on Monday who came to visit me on Tuesday.
I'm a hobby artist. Working almost with Photoshop and sometimes with 3ds Max. And i still like to draw with a pencil on a paper... the traditional way.
But the Computer gives me capabilities i don't have with only the traditional way.
But the main thing is to have fun and joy.
Ok, than. Thank you for stopping by.
Frank

You need brighter light coming from the window. Try making an array of omni lights to fit the widow. Make sure they are instanced. Use shadow mapped shadows and turn down the size really small.

The lighting looks OK to me. The sky is grey, so it shouldn't be too bright. My suggestion is do away with the tiled texture on the wall, and UV map something that won't show the obvious tiling and a better texture for the base of the desk.

Nicely Done! So far I've only heard about arranging lights in a spherical formation but now I can see how realistic the result is. Perhaps adding more details (such as bump map) to the bottom part of the desk would add more realism. The walls looks very realistic btw! Excellent work.
