Captured 5/15/10, around noon, at the beautiful 16th Annual Muckenthaler Motor Car Festival, held at the beautiful Muckenthaler Cultural Center in beautiful Fullerton, California.

After a considerable and extensive review of my tons/tonnes of vehicle photos for this special day, I came up with this elegant beauty because of those rad tail fins.

This is really a beautiful classic car. Excellent photos, fantastic details.

big luminous chrome capture, a feeling that these whales stay close to the ground (they look, in your captures, like hovering beasts---they have such gravity!). And, after giving us angled front & back views, you finish with a face-on back view that looks like a big beast who could take off at any minute. You captured the full weight of this thing, its close-to-the-ground mass, and it's sheen. And I like the vivid hues around it---the saturated reds, pinks and blues in the background. They make a vivid backdrop of colors. A fine choice of images for your montage, too...You give us such a fine array of vehicles, I probably wouldn't see another one of these anywhere else for years. Love the images, and can't believe the mass of that car. And happy father's day, to you and all the other fathers here. A nice way to celebrate the day...
