They may be pretty colors but orange clouds and red moons are never good. So sorry to hear about the Flying W Steve :( Stay safe my friend and I hope the fire doesn't move into the town. Yikes. We had some bad winds up here today and was wondering if you were getting them down there. Guess I'll watch the videos and see what's going on. You take care hon.

Take care of yourself out there, buddy. Scary, scary stuff. Hey, there's always room here in my house in PA for ya'. But you'll have to fight the dog for the couch! LOL. I'm kidding! I hope a little levity brings rain. :) Best wishes, my friend.

Strange how such a beautiful sky hides the tragedy of what created it..Constantly get my news updates regarding yours and others situations and hope that something positive comes your folks way and soon.I used to live for a short time in Fort Collins and know the topography and scenic beauty the state has to offer and it's a shame that such beauty is in jeopardy..And wow...The famous flying W is no more....that in itself is a tragedy..what a shame..Stay as safe as one can be in a situation such as your in and won can only hope for the best my friend...

Beautiful sky. I hope the fire issues have improved. This is so sad and difficult.

Fantastic sky, but too bad it required a massive fire to create. Living in a high fire danger area myself & having been prepared to evacuate on a couple of occasions, I understand your situation. Good luck to you & your fellow Coloradans...

Blimey EDoggie, that sounds like one hell of a fire to me! I hope it doesn't encroach on anyone elses lives. BTW you mistyped and called me Frig on your last com ment. had me in stitches for hours!!

on 9NEWS they just showed video for two hours straight of the Waldo fire... It showed all these houses for about a miles stretch that were at the top of a hill on fire.... I'm afraid what I'm going to see in the morning when I watch the news.... I heard days ago Garden of the Gods was closed down - did that burn? if not, do you think it's going to burn? ....Boulder was on fire today too - this sucks.
