Here is yet another in my render series involving cross-over combinations of the characters and themes of the game "Neverwinter Nights 2" with those of the TV series "Fringe", as well as "Lost" and "Alias". Though, this one is still a work-in-progress requiring the addition of one more character in the background, the Tavern Keeper "Duncan", who will be represented by an M4 morph of the character "Desmond", from "Lost" ( Henry Ian Cusick... that "brotha" guy ). I'll probably repost or edit this when I... eventually... get that one done. And this one, I suppose, might be a bit tricky... as some fans of the "Fringe" series might disagree with the association I've drawn here between Joshua Jackson's role and this particular NWN character, namely... well, er... "Bishop". But, here he is, being played by my Joshua Jackson M4 morph. In this part of the game's story, the player character ( here as "Ephraela Blessed", played by Ariah81's Anna Torv morph ) is requesting his assistance in an urgent mission, as he is known as the best Ranger/Scout around town. Problem, though, is that NWN2's Bishop is basically a selfish, cynical, sarcastic, and opportunistic loner who deeply resents authority figures. And he can see that Ephraela is a "Lawful-Good Alignment" kind of girl, so he initially wants nothing to do with her or her mission. Despite his preference to be left alone with his drink, the Tavern Keeper ( who just happens to be Ephraela's step-uncle ) reminds him that he "owes him a favor". And so Bishop grudgingly agrees to help. Actually, truth is, he's a bit like what Joshua Jackson's "Fringe" character was at the show's beginning. Things don't necessarily have to end up like they did in the game... so will Olivia/Ephraela (... should I call her "Ephralivia"? ) be able to help make this NWN version of "Bishop" a "better man than"... whoever his father was? ------------------------------------------------------------------ Some more NWN2 quotes: "If you aren't willing to kill for it, how important can it be?" - Bishop "So the farm girl's going to join our band? Good. We need someone to make up for the paladin - or at least to catch arrows if Grobnar's already dead." - Bishop Bishop: "Well then you'll be paying me another way. My bedroll's a little cold at night - I'm thinking you can fix that." Neeshka: "I could always set you on fire, Bishop. That'd solve two problems." --------------------------------- Oops!
