I wouldn't bet against the Thunder Chicken in a head to head against the Dodge Next Door. Kicker is more than likely boasting about the boosting of his audio system. Sure the Neon was the 2nd quickest car Dodge produced (the Viper being the first), but neither are the quickest or even 2nd quickest in the world. Mind you, I still prefer Chevrolet.
