Awesome render Neil!!!

Yeah that was a great moon last night wasn't it. To be totally honest this is one of the most realistic scenes of adding a model onto a background photo i've seen. It's all about the correct use of lighting and you'd pulled it off wonderfully here mate. You should be very proud of this one neil...hell I would be!!!

I admire this masterpiece by you. I thank you for it. 5+!

Very well done.

Love it..the grainy noisy look is excellent
UVDan
I love it also.

Fan-freakin'-tastic! Nailed the lighting, nailed the subjects. Great atmosphere. One niggle - on the full-size, the Lancs lack the noise of the background. Breaks the illusion a bit. Yet the smaller preview is perfect!

Excellent concept and great use of your photograph.

Great ambiance in this rendering of the Lancasters, off on another night raid on Berlin.

Well...... I think it works well.. I've tried to take pictures of moon shots but they've turned out total dogs for the most part lol Your fits just fine though.. It also goes with my post of your Lanc, Pre Take-off, I shoved up a couple of days ago... The 'only' thing, and its small and may not be happening, is FLAK, might need a bit here and there.. Aside from that, top notch.. Rob

Looks like a pair of lucky ones returning home (considering the angle between the planes). Another excellent work off art! The tricky thing is getting the 3D and the background to equal each other in fuzzyness. You've done great here! Keep it up! :-)

Oh, great...who turned the moon on? [says one pilot to the other] Fine job Neil. Love the way you've combined your mediums here. Have photographed the moon with fair success in the past...tripod, long lens and a relatively fast shutter speed captures the moon's detail without giving it the blank, flat, featureless appearance. Problem then is you lose all detail in the foreground if you choose to do that.

Quite dark on my old monitor but good job.

Great composition... Good to see Lancs in the dark in the their natural habitat... and you've lit it perfectly. Wing and a prayer!
