Description

APO Guardians of the Keyhole. PLEASE SEE FULL SCALE. No one’s ever been through the keyhole in modern times. Legend says, there are treasures beyond imagination on the other side if you can get there. The problem is, the glowing orange keyhole is only passable via swimming. Thousands have tried. None have ever made it, the guardians have seen to that. This was another fractal image of which half was just not that interesting at all. By using my usual drop shadow and bevel adjustments within Photoshop, I got the curves and depth I wanted from the otherwise flat image. I next added the water, and finally, the shark fins I cut from photos of sharks. I had tried putting the fins in before the water, but I liked the look better placing them after. I then adjusted the scale and positioning. Hope you enjoy this. Thank you for visiting, and for all your continued support and comments. Glenn.

Cool composition and postwork as always. Have you tried using different Variations(plugins) or the Mutations on uninteresting ones, sometimes the Transformation can be astounding. Peace

Yet again outstanding integration of fractal and natural elements =) By the looks of those fins, I'm guessing the guardians are close relatives of Jaws? Or maybe they're the really mean and tough cousins of Flipper? Love the backstory to go with this scene, this is awesome work, Glenn!

those two black triangles are nicely placed! You made a very cool world out of those fractals. Well done!
