Description

Sliding gracefully out of photo mode and into render mode....another 'long distance' image. My U-boat, rendered in Poser on my home computer, by means of Team viewer, transfered to my laptop and thrown into one of Tuesdays 'choppy sea' shots here at F-in-L's.... Got to say a huge thanks to all for the great comments on my last few posts and especially all the good wishes for Karens Dad, it really is most appreciated THANK YOU!!

Awesome!!! Sitting on the surface in seas like that would make me want to dive below where it's much calmer!

Hello Neil! North Sea action, nice. Wouldn't want to be the crew stuck in Das Boot in those hyper turbulent waters, my stomach churns just looking at waves. When in the army, as a tank driver I didn't have any problems, but when I became a gunner looking through the scopes I needed to take Dramamine because of the choppy seas type motion. Nice shot mate.

Great job, Neil. As for rolling and heaving, all one needs do is look out a window so one sees the next wave coming.... er, oops, u-boats don't HAVE windows unless artificially introduced by artillery shells or depth charges! Well, I guess they must be well stocked with Damn-a-mine or whatever it'¨s called (Dram-a-mine?). The color here is cool, as is the good compositing job. Keep 'em comin'! :-)

Great photo effect... I think its run aground though and the Enigma machine and crew are now safely "disappeared."

So this one really has got about a bit mate :) Nice work in the blending Neil, braving the open sea for a re-charge and spot of fresh air maybe.

Nice work Neil!!! Like the look you've created on this, I personally, would not have done that! It seems like Hell, you have to say, whichever army or side these men were on, submariners were a special 'type' of men.. Well done mate, and best wishes to Karen's dad and you all.. Rob

Like the way you have smoothly integrated the U-boat into the photo of the waves. Great job!
