Description
Captured 10/24/12, about 10:15 am, outside a medical building in beautiful Long Beach, California.
A staccato of shadows from various sources, a follow-up from yesterday's posting on the morning I visited my dermatologist for some cutting edge treatment.
A ZOOM would be well worth it.

closing in on the bench portion of the previous photo...the lights on the bench are beautiful, you caught metal's way with light very succinctly here. And the cross-contrasts of those diagonal shadows, cutting behind the verticals of the bench..it's beautifully seen, Harry. And you showed us those fence/railing shadows, intersect with the bench and its shadows. And the beautiful texture of wall and ground. And beautiful skewed angles, making it like a carnival of shape and form. (Including a swath of the door, atop, or the greenery, at bottom. Those inclusions may seem small to some, but they broaden the shot, and remind us of the world all around it.) Really rich capture, for a small piece of real estate, and another beauty of pattern and abstraction. Beautiful work once more.
