Description
Just down the road from the Sun building and the old boarded up shop/house (I had a good look today and at one time it had been some kind of shop with a flat above), there is this. I think it's also a business of some sort, but it looks so well preserved compared to the other. I think there has been a little modernisation to the right, but the rest looks to be original.
If anyone has seen the Japanese film "Always on Third Street" or any of the Kurosawa post war dramas you will have seen buildings like this with barefoot kids running round in sweltering heat... at least that's the image I get, lol.

Very charming house. Nice to see the tree which has an interesting shape, and all the semi-bonsai plants. I think the traffic bollards have decided to go and stand there because its the prettiest patch on the street!

Brilliant, I'm with you on the vision of the kids playing out front, and I'm sure similar architecture appeared in the movie 'IP Man'. This looks like it could be dismantled and moved somewhere 'more appropriate', it would make a great Holiday Let, somewhere a bit quieter....more!!!!
