Description
Captured 11/23/12, early on a foggy morning, at a nearby park.
Wow, just when I thought I was the only one that falls out of bed in the wee hours of the morning to trundle off and snap a bevy of fog fotos, I was stunned when I came across this chap, with his camera on a tripod and his head under a cover - or is that his jacket? - standing in the middle of the park, snapping shots like I do on such occasions. If nothing else, our cameras are sure different. For sure this guy was an interloper. A pretender to the throne.
At the time I was taking pictures with my lens set at a 16:9 aspect ratio, which accounts for the rectangular HDTV shape of the posting.
A ZOOM is highly recommended.
Adjo, and have a nice day.

How funny!

Looks like he's dancing with his equipment! Perhaps it's just undercover work!

LOL at jayfar's comment.

Love fog!...this guy looks like he's actually using an old glass plate camera...can't say I'd fancy lugging that kit around, but I'd be interested to see his results.Great character study Harry, just remember, next time you're out and about 'you may not be alone', in fact you may be the subject of someone else's eagle eye :-)

This is a great fun capture of your opposition. I can imagine your surprise at him looming out of the fog.

Yes, that would appear to be sleeves hanging down from his so-called curtain...well spotted, Harry, this interloper trying to hide in the fog! Makes another great fog shot for you. Maybe he got a capture of you?

Neil is right you know...he does LOOK as if he is using an old glass plate camera or certainly an 'Old' camera of some kind.. Well spotted and weird! A ghost!? Rob

He looks pretty serious, would have loved to see what he was shooting or the results.
