The link below will take you back to July. Have posted several Crater Lake images, but only one previous to this of our boat trip out to Wizards Island. The hike down to water level from the rim of the crater was fun. The kids where filled with anticipation of what's to come once we reach Cleetwood cove. Having a few minutes to departure the kids were easily entertained by the crystal clear water. Details of the water clarity can be appreciated in the full view. Wizards Island can be seen straight out across the water above my son's head. This is a 6 image stitch drastically reduced in size, so once again, do zoooooom. To the kind souls that leave their mark whether a comment, rating, or save the image as a fav, you are very much appreciated, thank you!!! Wonderful pano! Looks like 2 photos stitched together? Only the sky shows possible signs of a merge. Ran into a professional photographer hiking in Zion last fall and he recommended overlapping the photos by 50%. Those shadows in the sky happen if you get different setting in each of the shots. Tried it on a few shots I'll post later. Getting everything right is not as easy as it sounds.
