Description
I really like Prae's 'Starlight' dress a lot. The skirt actually has some cool adjustment dials.
Almost got 'er finished...well, close :) I guess it's her expression, but she kind of reminds me of my grandma. I have a picture of her with something close to this expression, when she was young.
