Description

PM by Popy Moreni was launched in 2003 as a rich floral bouquet. Top notes: aldehydes and mimosa leaf. Heart: peony, syringa and mimosa. Base: vanilla and sandalwood. I am not sure I like it very much, but it is wearable at first. The drydown is a bit weird. Luckily it was another very cheap purchase at TKMaxx! See a very much more softly lit version Here

Stunning in its aura of soft blending of color and light, Andrea. And all along I thought PM stood for Prime Minister, or the twelve hours beginning at noon.

Love the light coming through the bottle and the colors and shadows in the background. This could also be a Buddhist stupa.

Absolutely gorgeous and I have to admit that I never thought of a perfume containing aldehydes, but then why not...if the sandworms of Dune can waft an occasional aldehyde scent, why can't they be used in the real world to shape something more pleasant that...well...alien life form metabolism? Sometimes I wonder about where my mind goes. The colors in this are so warm and I like the elegance of this shot. Perfumes are such an interesting thing, and when I see your scent-shots, I think of the venerable Japanese game (usually played on rainy days) where everyone sits around, smelling perfumes and naming them, by scent alone. It's rather fun. This shot is as much fun, especially as it makes me think of a nice game to play with friends.

I simply adore the dom-like shape - with the centered heart (half frosty-half transparent) and the scent sounds fine to me, wouldn't mind giving it a whiff ;) BB
